Labrada Nutrition is a household name in the supplement aisle — the #1 selling ready-to-drink protein shake in gyms across the country and a trusted CPG brand with decades of equity behind it. But when Brand Connect was handed the keys to @LabradaNutrition and @LeanBodyOfficial, the Instagram accounts didn't reflect that stature. Follower counts were flat, engagement was thin and largely inauthentic, and there was no real dialogue happening with the people actually drinking the product every day. For a brand whose loyal customers live in gyms and wellness communities, that disconnect was costing real visibility, real community, and real sales.

Over the course of the engagement, both Labrada Instagram accounts saw the strongest growth in the brand's history on the platform. @LabradaNutrition followers climbed from roughly 65K to over 130K, while @LeanBodyOfficial more than doubled from around 30K to nearly 80K — all driven by authentic engagement rather than vanity metrics.
